Saville makes second start in World Junior Summer Showcase

Isaiah Saville
Isaiah Saville of Anchorage earned plenty of ice time for Team USA at the World Junior Summer Showcase in Plymouth, Michigan.
The 18-year-old started games against Sweden and Finland during the week-long camp in preparation for the 2020 International Ice Hockey Federation World Junior Championship.
Saville, of West High fame, turned aside 19 shots in a 4-2 win over Sweden. He started well against Finland but things didn’t end that way in a 6-5 loss.
Team USA ends the series against Canada on Saturday
The Alaskan is a 2019 fifth-round draft pick of the Vegas Golden Knights.
Saville is entering his freshman year at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He comes to college with a terrific track record over the last two seasons as the 2018 NAHL Midwest Goaltender of the Year and 2019 USHL Goaltender of the Year.
