Centeno racks up state-best fourth goal, 10th point in NWAC

Anchorage’s Nelson Centeno isn’t just Alaska’s top playmaker in the NWAC, he’s among the league leaders in points.
The Spokane Community College freshman midfielder has compiled 10 points on four goals and two assists in nine games.
He is tied for 15th in the NWAC in points and 16th in goals.
Centeno, of East High fame, scored his latest goal in a 2-0 victory over Columbia Basin.
The unassisted tally in the 40th minute was his second game-winning goal of the NWAC season.
Spokane is 4-1 when Centeno registers a point.
