Anchorage’s Qyntyn Pilcher for the first time in his Sierra College career threw multiple touchdown passes in the same game.
The freshman quarterback tossed scoring strikes of 32 and 24 yards in a 45-14 loss to American River in the California Community College Athletic Association.
Pilcher, of West High fame, finished 8-for-16 with 118 yards in the pocket.
Despite sharing snaps that has limited his playing time, the 6-foot signal caller has carved out a successful role.
