Williams matches career high with 10 kills for The Master’s
Emilye Grace Williams of Anchorage slammed a career-high 10 kills for The Master’s University volleyball team in a four-set victory over San Diego Christian in California.
The 5-foot-11 sophomore outside hitter finished 10-for-21 for a career-high .333 attack percentage as her team
She closed the match with four kills in the fourth as The Master’s won the final set 25-16.
Williams, of South High fame, matched her previous career high of 10 kills set on Aug. 14 against John Brown. This time, however, she did it on four fewer attempts.
On the season she has 68 kills and 40 errors on 218 attempts for a .128 attack percentage.
The Mustangs are 11-7 on the NAIA season and 5-2 in the Golden State Athletic Conference.
