Bellevue moves to 8-0 when marvelous Miller registers a point

Bellevue College has one of the top-ranked women’s soccer teams in the NWAC, but Juneau’s Malia Miller brings a special X favor to the equation.

So much so the team is 8-0 when she registers a point.

The freshman forward bagged a goal and assist to fuel Bellevue’s 5-1 win over Lower Columbia in Longview, Washington.

Miller, of Juneau-Douglas High fame, has amassed four goals and nine assists for 17 points.

She leads the 10 Alaska women playing in the NWAC in scoring and ranks second in the league in helpers.

Bellevue is 13-3-1 overall and sits second in the West Region with 34 points.
