Clay wins silver medal at national competition in Nebraska

Cade Clay of Haines won a silver medal in a men’s trap shooting event at the Upper Midwest Regional Championships in Grand Island, Nebraska.
He finished second out of 35 shooters after breaking 94 of 100 targets.
Clay, of Haines High fame, was seventh in this tournament a year ago.
He is a member of AlaskaYESS, a state shooting team that competes across the country at regional tournaments.
