Wilson in the mix for scoring title in Swedish Basketball League

Derrick Wilson of Anchorage has a shot to win the scoring title in the Swedish Basketball League.
The fourth-year pro with Stockholm-based Djurgarden ranks third in the league with a career-best average of 20.2 points per game.
Former G League player Brandon Rozell leads the league in scoring at 21.3 points per game. No. 2 sits at 20.8.
There are seven games remaining in the regular season.
Wilson, of East High fame, has a season high of 35 points and four times in the last month he has scored 27 or more.
The 6-foot-1 guard ranks eighth in the Swedish Basketball League in assists (4.5) and sixth in steals (1.6).
He’s also one of the league’s better guards at crashing the glass and averages 5.3 rebounds per game.
The 27-year-old is a former starter at Marquette University who played his first three seasons in Denmark.
