Palmer High School’s Kelsey Giese was a standout volleyball player. She was Team Captain for the Moose squad and named first team All Region two years in a row.  Kelsey was respected for her drive and desire to be her best.  She plans to play volleyball at Wenatchee Valley College in Washington next fall.
