Attitude and effort leads to excellence for Su Valley’s Jolley

Su Valley High School’s Cy Jolley had a decorated career as a four-year varsity athlete in basketball, soccer, and track and field with the Rams. He was a dynamic talent in track and field. As a freshman he claimed the Region high jump title.  Cy would go on to win 8 regional championships in a variety of events, and was named Region Outstanding Field Athlete as sophomore and junior (his senior track and field season was canceled due to COVID-19).  Cy was an All Conference soccer player on a Rams teem that won the State Championship in 2018 and 2019 and in basketball he was named All Conference as a junior and senior. Su Valley athletic director James Sickle had this to say: “Cy is a beast on the basketball court, a lockdown defender on the soccer pitch, and an outstanding athlete in Track & Field. His great attitude and supreme effort are what makes him a stand out from his competitors.”
