Tanner Bellisten
Colorado Mesa University all-conference diver Tanner Belliston of Wasilla has picked up where he left off last season.
The 5-foot-10 junior opened the new season by winning the 3-meter and finishing second in the 1-meter at the Air Force Invitational.
He followed that up with a pair of top-5 performances against BYU and Utah.
Hanging with NCAA D1 competition is nothing new for Belliston, who is one of the top divers in the D2 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
At the Air Force Invitational, he won the 3-meter diving event with 272.63 points and finished second on the 1-meter with 217.80.
Belliston, of Colony High fame, came back to post 1-meter scores of 232.73 against Utah and 244.40 against BYU.
