Haider assists on game winner to extend points streak to three

Anchorage’s Daniel Haider set up the game-winning goal to help the Army Black Knights beat Sacred Heart 2-1 in NCAA D1 hockey.

It was the third straight win for Army and the third straight game the Alaskan has registered a point, which is a personal record.

Haider, of South High fame, now has 3-4-7 scoring totals in 11 games this season.

In last week’s series sweep of Holy Cross he scored in a 4-1 victory and earned an assist in a 3-2 win.

Haider, a junior forward, owns 11-15-26 totals in 78 career games.
