Walker’s goal forces OT, helps St. Cloud beat 5th-ranked Duluth

Nolan Walker
Anchorage’s Nolan Walker buried the tying goal late in the third period to force overtime and help St. Cloud State beat nationally ranked Minnesota Duluth 4-3.
It was his second point of the game and the second time this season he’s produced multiple points in a single game.
Walker cleaned up a rebound in the crease after the puck scooted between the legs of the Minnesota goalie.
There was a massive scrum in front of the net, but the Alaskan somehow found a way to tie the game with 1:01 left in regulation.
Walker assisted on a goal in the final minute of the first period that gave the Huskies a 2-0 lead. This was his 11th career multi-point game as he inched closer to the 50-point benchmark.
St. Cloud State improved to 27-5-3 since 2018 when Walker registers a point.
