Anchorage’s Marcus Lowe supplied some of the few highlights for the Rochester Institute of Technology men’s basketball team during a 66-53 loss to Utica in D3 action. The 5-foot-8 playmaker collected 8 points, 5 assists, 5 rebounds and 1 steal in 28 minutes. Lowe, of Service High fame, was coming off a career-best 10-assist performance.
